Basic definitions:

In the Regulation (ES) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General regulation on data protection), the following basic definitions are given:

Why STING AD collects and processes personal data?

In carrying out the activity of STING AD, in some cases we have to use personal data of individuals, with which we interact, to provide and / or receive the relevant service.

STING AD processes the received personal data in accordance with the current legislation, which requires processing to be lawful, in good faith and in a transparent manner with regard to the data subject.

For this purpose STING AD declares, that personal data, which processes are:

– collected for specific, explicitly stated and legitimate purposes and are not further processed in a manner, incompatible with these purposes;

– suitable, related to and limited to what is necessary in relation to the objectives, for which they are processed;

– accurate and, if necessary, kept up to date; all reasonable measures must be taken, to ensure the timely deletion or correction of inaccurate personal data, given the objectives, for which they are processed;

– stored in shape, which allows the identification of the data subject for a period, not longer than necessary for the purposes, for which personal data are processed;

– processed in a way, which ensures an appropriate level of security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, applying appropriate technical or organizational measures

We guarantee, that personal data, which we collect and use is not for the purpose of entering your personal space.

In case, that it is necessary to receive and process personal data, STING AD provides to the individual, whose data it will process, information on the categories of personal data, which will be processed, processing purposes, the grounds for processing, processing time, as well as information, on the rights of the individual.

Will you provide my personal data to others??

STING AD may provide personal data on a legal basis; in cases where the individual is a party to a contract with the recipient of the data or to protect the legitimate interest of our company.

All, who may receive personal data, are obliged to keep them in a safe way and to use them only to achieve their goals, for which they received them. When they no longer need your data, they will destroy them.

When we intend to hand over special (sensitive) personal data of a third party, we will do this only after we have received your consent. (there will be an exception only if we are obliged by law to do otherwise).

We will not sell your data to third parties, nor will we hand them over in order to gain any benefit.
