| It is the second time in succession for STING Ltd. to be awarded Best National Distributor. The General Pharmacist of the company, Mrs. Adelina Liubenova, received the statuette, awarded by The Bulgarian Pharma Union (BPU). It is a recognition to the high professionalism in the distribution of medicines and pharmaceuticals as well as of the service to our clients - approximately 2 800 pharmacies in Bulgaria. The company is elected by 28 regional collegiums as their No1 Distributor. Sting Ltd. is a company of professionals, who provide the service to the client pharmacies on a daily basis. The warehouses in Sofia, Razgrad, Varna, Burgas and Plovdiv are ISO 9001:2000 certified and operate in conformity to the requirements of the Good Distribution Practice. The service that the company provides is not limited to medicines and pharmaceuticals supply. STING Ltd. in cooperation with the Bulgarian Pharma Union and foreign manufacturing companies organizes post-graduation pharmacy courses named Lege Artis. The 3 284 Lege Artis program participants receive their certificates after each course held. STING Ltd. offers to the clients specialized pharmacy software with a built-in option for online orders as well as Pharmacy Design and Furnishing and Pharmacy Marketing. The election of the Best National Distributor is carried out trough filling-in questionnaires presented to the Bulgarian pharmacies. The winner must comply with the following criteria, approved by the Management Board of BPU: 1. There must not be any apparent or hidden coherence with, or ownership of retailers, be it a single pharmacy or chain-pharmacies; 2. Observance of the loyal competition rules and etiquette - the company must not work with independent or chain-pharmacies that practice unfair competition or dump the market; 3. Full conformity with the legislation in force in respect with the commercial activity of the company; 4. Staff professional competence and qualification; 5. Observance of the etiquette when working with clients; 6. Constant service process, which defined in per cent should not be under 80% of positive performance; 7. Accuracy and safety of the goods delivered as well as of the corresponding documents; 8. Precision in composing the orders - correct items in name, batch number and amount; 9. Availability of various items with their origin and quality guaranteed; 10. Availability of new and innovative medicine products; 11. Excellent documentation management; 12. Timely deliveries; 13. Dissemination of information trough web site, periodicals, magazines, catalogues, etc. 14. Direct contact with the pharmacies.
